Aww

Oh Arceus they are both so cute I just want to snuggle them both. That aside I really really want to make pumpkin pie out of her but she would probably be poisonous and what a waste of pie.

When Psychic Pokémons turns into psychological therapist.

Wait... Fridge Logic: If psychics can't read dark types how does Mewtwo's telepathy work with them? Wouldn't he be like... unable to establish a connection?

>"Wait... Fridge Logic: If psychics can't read dark types how does Mewtwo's telepathy work with them? Wouldn't he be like... unable to establish a connection?"

I would imagine its the difference between talking and listening. A Psychic type can "talk" telepathically at a Dark Type, who can "listen" to the Psychic type. But the Psychic type can't "Listen" to the Dark types thoughts, even if the Dark type tries to "talk" back to the Psychic type telepathically.

Of course miracle eye would presumably bypass this limitation.

(Or maybe Mewtwo is just using its psychic powers to vibrate the air to create sound waves and replicate physical speech without actually talking...)

Is Darkrai Healing?

I imagine that, Jen and co. have really helped Darkrai and he is getting better? Also, is Mewtwo's Phsychic abilities a "Parlor Trick"?

I don't know if me to his line or fees really good at figuring out things from books. Remember he said he looked up Sigmund Freud? At that point it makes me think he may have gone to at least red other psychological books and potentially that on body language is well and given that this is the pokemon world I bet you there is a body language book by psychologists who study pokemon or something to that extent as for not being able to red dark type mines my guesses as other people of pic before either a listening and talking thing where the dark type is able to listen with can't talk back, Mewtwo is vibrating the air to make his voice for everybody to hear, Or you has miracle eye at a limited effect.

Just crazy idea on my part but I can so see Mewtwo Getting a college degree in psychology at this point if not physics you could also do well what's the to sticks even though he doesn't do math very well in his head. Given all that he could end up opening his own practice as a psychologist for pokemon especially shadow pokemon or start up his own company mind you hes going to have to use a front like the nurse joy he did in the movie to act as his proxy.

Trust

It is a nice reminder, that Darkrai can trust Jen and Co. to be there for him.

@MercenaryX, Did you say "I don't know if Mewtwo is lying, or if he's really good at figuring out things from books." In your first sentence? Yeah, Mewtwo can go far in life. (And he is Twenty years old?)

Just a quick question, do PMD Red and Blue rescue team follow the same story? Same with Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness

I haven’t played either of those games but I’m going to soon XD

Adding on, your description of page 398 was a HUGE SPOILER! (Granted most people have played the PMD games, the only one I played was SMD which wasn’t all that great—the spoiler was the “punching Gengar in Sinister Woods” part of the description—)

@SmartTurtle04 I like be hopeful of people.

I think the issue with Psychic-types and Dark-types is less that it's impossible for Psychic-types to make *any* contact, and more that they're prevented from doing so effectively because of the sinister nature of the Dark-type's thoughts (keep in mind that in the original Japanese, Dark-types are actually called "Aku" ("evil") types); the Psychic type avoids probing too deeply to prevent themselves from mental damage from the malicious thoughts.

Telepathy in this case might be more along the lines of linking specifically to the hearing-based portion of the mind/brain, which would explain how Mewtwo can still talk to Dark-types using it.

@CJ64 - Most games are separate, but it's Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon that revealed all the PMD games take place in the same world. Some Pokemon in PSMD reference characters, places, and events in past PMD games.

If you want a game with a balance of good gameplay and story, I'd recommend PMD: Explorers of Sky instead of Explorers of Time/Darkness. Sky offers bonus episodes that flesh out many secondary characters and even has a bonus village and dungeon included!

If you'd rather see how the series started, you can play Red Rescue Team or Blue Rescue Team. I find Blue Rescue Team technically plays better (though Red Rescue Team really pushed the GBA's limit to the point you stutter when moving in dungeons).

If you work your way into the 3DS era of PMD, Gates to Infinity is another fine PMD game with a good story. You might find the lack of content a bother though which hurts replay value. If you can find it no higher than 15 bucks, I'd say go for it.

Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon kinda has too much filler and is a very difficult PMD game to play. Post-game is light on content too. It's up to you if you ever want to get it to try it out.
