  Oh dear

Hoopa, what are you doing here!?

I'd think Darkrai would be the better one to speak the words.

I wonder what the autor original plan had Hoopa isn't in the comic. Now he kinda felt like Deus Ex.

Maybe Hoopa will help..?

666 approaches

And of course Hoopa makes a return for 666. Forget Giratina, Hoopa is the true Satan of Pokémon.

  A New Fan

I've recently stumbled across this gem of a webcomic after developing an unexpected affinity for Audino, and I must say, holy cow what a gem this is! Everything from the story arcs to the character development to the art has impressed me, moreso knowing that you did it pretty much completely in MS Paint. That might be all old news to you, but I'm quite new here, having just binged it all since I got home from finals, and just wanted to show my appreciation for the awesome content you have created. I'm riding this comic to the end, I'm hooked!

  Jen's hand is severed?

Most of the frame hides Jen's right hand and in the last frame it looks like Jen's hand is gone. Am I the only seeing this?

posted by Ralmon (Guest) on May 11th, 2018, 5:31 am

Yeah, i see it too.

But it is pretty badly injured. Shes probably not moving it so the pain can stay at a dull ache.

I did the exact same thing when i was younger and had a pretty bad wound on my arm.

It IS the arm victini grabbed so its possible it is just badly injured.

And yet somehow Hoopa can use its powers... Hmm...

I cannot believe that Hoopa’s powers work in this place! How is this possible?!?

posted by CIR (Guest) on May 11th, 2018, 10:29 am

There is always one last hurdle before you achieve your goal....

Of Course Hoopa comes in to help/trick Jen. Also @CIR (Guest) I was right! I speculated that Hoopa can use there powers in the void! So Victini may be alive! Also, If Hoopa can create portals from the pokemon world to the human world, then why would they not be able to use their powers in the void?

HOOPA HELP. for a price....

posted by Captain Oblivious on May 11th, 2018, 10:56 am

But that still doesn't explain why Hoopa's powers work here. He's not a dark type (I don't know if dark typing works here or not, it's just a guess) He shouldn't even be able to levitate. Not sure if this is the same Hoopa from the movie, I'm assuming it is, but didn't the one in the movie have issues with traveling through it's own ring?

The fact that it's powers still work in this realm of...floating rocks? Kinda deserves an explanation at least. Maybe it's the other part of Hoopa, his unbound persona that's bending reality or something.

posted by Guest on May 11th, 2018, 11:11 am

Hoopa dont u dare do anything suspicious! I will personally sledge hammer the fourth wall and destroy you. I'm not a Pokemon so I am unaffected by the emptiness the void creates!

posted by ComicLover (Guest) on May 11th, 2018, 11:20 am

Yeah, why don't that sneaky djinny bastard teleports them down to the core?
Fucken pink asshole waited till everyone's down to their last drop of blood to show up, all fancy like, as if it's a goddamn hooping in the park.

posted by ILeninVelikyNamPutOzaril on May 11th, 2018, 11:23 am

Didn't Darkrai say that Hoopa isn't part of the family? He certainly has power of one of the family, which makes me think he's an extra dimensional being. Maybe that's how he's able to use his powers where everyone else can't.

posted by Madd the Sane (Guest) on May 11th, 2018, 11:45 am

Hoopa, you son of a gun. Pokemon moves might not work in this awful place, but I'm pretty sure a 12 gauge still would. Keep that in mind.

Pretty understandable reaction from Jen here.

Well technically vivillon is Pokémon six hundred sixty six soooooo......

Is this what the deal with mewtwo was for? Probably not since he needed the power before the world stopped

Annnnnd here comes the pied Piper

posted by MercenaryX on May 11th, 2018, 8:47 pm

I bet the words will end up being an incantation or spell that has already been performed by an aura guardian thousands of years ago or something. In order to activate the Space Globe, she needs to say the right words. Once she does, the spell contained within the Space Globe will react like a trigger command.

The main issue though, is that she doesn't know what those words are: (And I bet Hoopa is hoping that she plays right into his hands and asks him for his help by telling her what they are, for a price...)

Well, it's either that or she just needs to say "Open Sesame" @_@

Is it time to Pay the Piper already?

@MecenaryX Can you see Hoopa playing a little Pokemon Flute? I wonder if "The Words" are: Pretty please with a cherry on top. But in all seriousness, Do you think Hoopa needs Mew Two now?

Well sh...oot

posted by SensingTabby (Guest) on May 12th, 2018, 9:29 am

Oh, good. *You're* here now. Aaaaand as people above me have pointed out, your powers still work here. Huh.

Maybe it's because most of Hoopa's power is sealed away out of reach of the reality distortion?

Man, Arceus'd better show up in person to thank Jen for all the stuff she had to go through to fix this.

Oh boy.

..I was worried about this.

Well hopefully it won't charge this time. The world is endangered after all.

posted by Biblioholic (Guest) on May 13th, 2018, 3:58 pm

@SmartTurtle04 I for one would not put it past him but I don't think that's what it is right now. My best guess is that he wants something from her. And potentially might screw her over as a perminent pokemon for her and probably others as well. Although that probly wouldn't be so badd especially if she could still live a human like life.

posted by MercenaryX on May 13th, 2018, 4:25 pm

This Is Not Good.

Hoopa really knows how to get what it wants.

@MercenaryX, Considering that:

1)They are at the Creation Engine.

2) Hoopa is powerful enough to still have powers in a pokemon move-free void.

3) The title of this book is :"The Grand Design."

Conclusion: Do you think that Hoopa will trick Jen into breaking his bottle?

posted by SmartTurtle04 on May 13th, 2018, 4:45 pm

Hoopa is too powerful. in just that form too. she can still summon legendary pokemon. and in the unleashed form almost all of them.

Next page is 666.................

This just got more worrisome.

Does the next page take the interaction of Jen and Hoopa to biblical proportions? At least we get to find out tomorrow!
