Why do they still hate darkrai ;.;

Wait, since when did lopunny have red eyes?

Lopunny has always had red eyes, in the main series and everything.

As for Darkrai...well, to be fair, he DID fuck up Temporal Tower, drive Dialga mad, plunge the world into neverending darkness and nightmares, impersonate his sister, shatter space, and try to convince the player and partner to commit suicide. Sure, he got amnesia, but he seems like he remembers it all now. Oh, and more recently, he did torture Jen and Gengar with nightmares (although he was being forced to do it, but they don't know that). Knowing what he did, I can see why they wouldn't be too friendly. Sure, we the readers know that Darkrai's just a big softie, but as far as Lopunny's concerned she's barely keeping control of a demon who has done horrible things. Be fair to her.

k' I know Darkrai wasn't exactly a saint in the past, but he means well now. While I understand where Lopunny's hostility is coming from, I wish she was more comprehensible.

Everybody's all caught up with Lopunny, but nobody's asking the important question here:

Is the sun partially gone, or just covered up? If we were to look at the sky from somewhere farther away, would we be able to see the whole thing? Or does this wall of reality extend infinitely into space?

tbh, i think lopunny's behaviour is understandable. not because it's the MOST compassionate or the MOST logical or anything like that, but just because some kinds of personalities have a harder time letting go of their preconceptions than others. My sister cannot watch anime--not because she's ever really watched it before--but because when she was younger it was impressed on her that anime was Lame and The Worst, and now that she's an adult it's stuck with her. I was under the same impression when I was younger but I gradually changed my opinion as i began to watch it. I tried to convince my sister to just even watch Studio Ghibli movies, but even though she logically admits that there's "probably good anime" she seems deeply uncertain and reluctant whenever the actual suggestion of her watching it comes up.

She is not really narrow-minded about anything much, and she is a friendly, enthusiastic, intelligent person who cares about her kids and husband and does pretty much anything for her family, but her mind has difficulty changing directions quickly--especially when it's been going one direction for a long time.

now that i mention it, lopunny's personality in this comic kinda reminds me of my sister.

anyway, i wouldn't worry about lopunny or be too annoyed with her behaviour; she's just been used to thinking about darkrai a certain way and is having trouble rectifying the 'new version' with her mental picture of him.

@Malc Modnar

Well besides the urge of stating the obvious, (which is that part of it is visible under that hastily drawn gray background o_0) heat energy that is visible at least, is the rapid movement of subatomic particles trying to expand outwards under friction or chemical pressure. If for any reason that those particles were to stop moving, then the rule of quantum physics relating to thermodynamics would break down. This is what the scientific community refers to as, heat death, or rather, one of the eventual ways that the universe will end.

The other possibility, is that this world is nothing more than hollow a reflection of the original world, a dimensional layer existing on top of the current one raised between the 4th and 5th dimensions specifically.

So yeah, that mountain they are currently in, is inside of a different version of the same mountain that exists between the 3rd and 4th dimension. I just blew your mind didn't I lol.
